You don’t mean to yell. You don’t want to lose control but its like there is something that takes over and is destroying your life and your relationships. Angry is not how you would define yourself but too often it seems to be what others think of when they think of you and how you react to situations.

Everyone gets angry and frustrated at times, when that anger though is causing problems in your home, school, and/or work life it can be a big problem. Though it feels as though there is nothing you can do there is. We are here to help you face this dragon. Though the path is not an easy one you do not have to walk it alone.
