Life Transitions
You did it. You got to the big goal post of your life, but now what? The happiness that you always thought would be there isn’t. Life continues. There are still bills to pay, the kids to worry about, family demands, and the stressors of the modern world. This isn’t what you thought success would be. You really don’t know what the next step is.
Sometimes in life achieving a goal can be one of the more defeating experiences we have as we did what we set out to do, yet we do not get the transformation we were hoping for. We ‘should’ be happy, but we are not. You might be riddled with worries about if you have done enough, if your family will be okay, or if you followed the right path.
